    Project Design and Management

    ISSN: 2683-1597

The Project Design and Management journal was born as a biannual publication with the aim of inviting reflection and debate in order to correctly understand the role, contribution and responsibility of the Project, Design and Management (PDM) area today, not only in the academic world but also in the professional space.

Starting by understanding that the PDM area is an interdisciplinary space, under an innovative, collaborative and comprehensive concept towards all the areas that participate, not only in the administration of the resources necessary for a project but also in the design or development of the same.

The articles included in this journal are published in Spanish, Portuguese and English, thus attending to an international and multicultural space that allows for current, proper and necessary knowledge management of the PDM area.

From this page, you can access the indexes of all the editions of the Project Design and Management journal, the article summaries and the full texts. Also, in the "About" section you will find all the information about our journal, its editorial team, publishing system and online submissions.

    By: Carreño SepúlvedaA.

Strategic alignment is typically treated in the program management literature as a governance design problem: establish the right structures at program launch, and coherence will persist unless disrupted by external shocks. This study challenges that assumption. A pre-post repeated measures study embedded within a live technology transformation workstream at a global banking institution...
